At Cadence Partners, we are building partnership platforms—not selling assets. We work across a portfolio of health, wellness, lifestyle, and college properties, helping them unlock meaningful, long-term brand relationships.
We’re looking for a strategic seller who thinks like a brand, builds with intention, and knows how to move deals from concept to close.
About the Role
This is a senior, revenue-driving position with a clear focus:
• 75% → Revenue generation & partnership sales across existing properties
• 25% → New business development (bringing in new client/property relationships)
You will play a key role in shaping how modern sponsorships are built—moving beyond transactional deals into platform-driven partnerships.
What You’ll Do
• Lead end-to-end partnership sales across Cadence’s property portfolio
• Build and sell integrated partnership platforms, not one-off assets
• Develop strategic narratives that align with brand objectives and audiences
• Drive deals from prospecting → pitch → negotiation → close
• Collaborate directly with leadership on go-to-market strategy and positioning
• Identify and secure new property clients to expand the Cadence portfolio
• Work across categories including health, wellness, lifestyle, and collegiate sports
What We’re Looking For
• 5 yesrs experience in sponsorship, partnerships, or consultative sales
• Ability to think like a brand, not just sell to one
• Track record of closing meaningful, multi-dimensional deals
• Experience building platforms, not packages
• Strong network across brands, agencies, or rights holders
• Comfortable operating in a lean, high-performance environment
• Self-starter who thrives in both strategy and execution
