What Makes You Our Substitute Superstar
- High School Diploma or GED (minimum).
- 19 years old (or 18 if enrolled in college).
- Interest in working with young children (infants through Kindergarten).
- Enthusiasm for the Montessori philosophy (no prior experience required!).
- Meets state preschool teacher or assistant requirements.
- Flexible availability to work as needed.
