Company Overview
JOB SUMMARY:
The SaaS Manager leads the coordination, governance, and operational effectiveness of Cadence Education business applications and SaaS platforms. This role serves as a key bridge between department owners, product teams, IT, field operations, HR, finance/billing, vendors, legal/compliance, and support teams. The position is responsible for translating business needs into clear requirements, coordinating cross-functional project execution, managing escalations, improving processes, strengthening system adoption, and helping ensure business systems are reliable, scalable, well-governed, and aligned to business outcomes. This role is designed to grow beyond traditional SaaS administration into broader business systems and product operations leadership. The role may begin as a senior individual contributor / acting manager with responsibility for coordination, standards, team development, and execution, with formal people management responsibilities evolving based on organizational needs.

· Requires the ability to read, write and speak effectively in English.
Education or equivalency:
· Requires a Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, technology, operations, or a related field preferred; or an equivalent combination of training and progressively responsible experience that will result in the required specialized knowledge and abilities to perform the assigned work.
Experience:
· Requires a minimum of five (5) years of school operations, industry experience, or in school director or assistant school director role; or a related role that demonstrates a high level of understanding of the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
