JOB QUALIFICATIONS :
- Must reside in Phoenix area
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Experience managing external vendors or call center operations preferred.
- Ability to handle sensitive and crisis communications with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms, survey tools, and project management software (experience with Monday.com, Kaymbu, or similar platforms a plus).
- A people-first mindset with a genuine passion for serving families and supporting early childhood education.
- Experience in early childhood education, childcare, or a family-facing industry a plus.
- Willingness and ability to learn new skills as needed.
- Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment and build and maintain positive relationships.
- Demonstrate the ability to run reports and utilize Excel to share data and results.
- Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
- Requires the ability to read, write and speak effectively in English.
- Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or related field; or an equivalent combination of training and progressively responsible experience that will result in the required specialized knowledge and abilities to perform the assigned work.
- Requires a minimum of two (2) years of experience in communications, marketing, customer experience or a related role that demonstrates a high level of understanding of the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Essential Functions
- Call Center Management and Quality & Performance
- Serve as the day-to-day liaison for our external call center vendor, managing ongoing communication, follow-up, and performance accountability.
- Forward family voicemails and emails to the call center in a timely and organized manner.
- Receive, track, and resolve internal tickets and complaints from schools regarding call center performance.
- Escalate issues as needed and ensure timely resolution in partnership with the call center vendor and Marketing leadership.
- Regularly listen to inbound and outbound call recordings and review chat transcripts to evaluate the quality of family-facing communications
- Provide timely, constructive feedback to the call center vendor based on quality monitoring findings, ensuring communications consistently reflect Cadence Education's brand voice, tone, and standards.
- Participate in calibration calls with the call center vendor to align on quality expectations and address any recurring performance issues.
- Monitor and track Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores on an ongoing basis, identifying trends and working collaboratively with the call center vendor to implement improvements.
- Escalate quality concerns to Marketing leadership and the call center vendor as needed, ensuring swift resolution and a consistently high standard of family communication.
- Family Communications
- Assist in the writing, editing, and distribution of family-facing communications including emails, CEO letters, parent app messages, and school-level announcements.
- Support the drafting, editing, and distribution of press releases in coordination with Marketing leadership and external PR partners.
- Assist with crisis communications, including drafting, editing, and coordinating the timely distribution of sensitive communications to families and schools.
- Manage the special days and holidays communications tracker, ensuring all planned communications are organized, scheduled, and distributed on time.
- Family Surveys & Insights
- Write, distribute, and manage parent satisfaction surveys (including NPS, Post Tour, Lost Opportunity and Parent Exit), compiling and reporting on monthly results for Marketing leadership.
- Develop NPS survey action plans following bi-annual results, collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify and implement improvements based on family feedback.
- Other Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage Contact School form submissions received through the Cadence website, routing each request to the appropriate school or team member in a timely manner.
- Serve as the Marketing department's primary contact for Cadence's company-wide St. Jude Children's Research Hospital sponsorship.
- Assist with family-facing communications related to the St. Jude partnership, supporting schools in their fundraising and awareness efforts throughout the year.
