What are the responsibilities and job description for the CME Supervisor position at Cadence Care Network?
The Care Coordinator Supervisor (CCS) will participate in the recruitment, interviewing, and training of potential new care coordinators. The CCS will ensure achievement of monthly and yearly goals for staff and program, in addition to completion of GKR and monthly radar reports.
Provide both formal and informal training for assigned staff. Conduct performance evaluations and develop growth plans for assigned staff for continued professional development. Provide weekly supervision.
Assure all required ODM documentation and program requirements are completed by Care Coordinators and review program specific paperwork to ensure ongoing quality with documentation and care planning.
Qualifications
Master's degree
Licensed individual in accordance with rule 5160-27-01 of the Administrative Code.
A minimum of three years' supervisory experience in children's behavioral health, child welfare, developmental disabilities, juvenile justice, or a related sector of human services or behavioral health care field, providing community-based services to children and youth, and their family or caregivers.
Experience in on or more of the following areas of expertise: family systems, community systems and resources, case management, child and family counseling or therapy, child protection or child development.
Pass pre-employment drug screening and ODJFS required criminal records check.
