Bridges Liaison

Bridges liaisons assist young adults who are leaving foster care with support and case management. Assist young adults in making connections they need to build their futures with resources for Housing, Employment, Education Assistance, and Well-Being.

Bachelor's degree in social work or closely related field. Experience in mental health, foster care, or working with transition aged youth. Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule that will meet the needs of the clients served. Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to utilize electronic health records and agency issued technology.

Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and the ability to use your car for work, or have access to transportation to work. Pass pre-employment drug screening and required background checks.

Two years of experience working with families and/or children in the child welfare system is preferred.
