- Direct and assist in maintenance/installation of boiler and chiller systems.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of utility operations to ensure compliance with established standards and regulations
- Inspect and evaluate utility facilities, equipment and machinery to determine necessary repairs or upgrades
- Coordinate with maintenance when necessary on repair work, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently
- Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of utility operations, including maintenance and repair records
- Communicate effectively with other departments to resolve any issues and to ensure timely and effective resolution of problems
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safe and efficient operation of utility facilities
- Provide leadership and support to team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Stay current on industry trends and regulations, and implement necessary changes to ensure compliance
Required:
· Boiler experience
· Chiller experience
· HVAC/Refrigeration license.
