Position Description: Warehouse Tech & Delivery
Cade Builder Services is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Warehouse Tech & Delivery Person. In this position you will be responsible for receiving and staging products in the warehouse as well as delivering products to the job site. This is a highly respected position within the company because they play a big role in the success of the company.
Responsibilities:
- Inspect the truck to determine safe operating condition.
- Accurately pull and verify orders prior to delivery.
- Safely load and secure the truck prior to leaving warehouse.
- Transport cabinets from the warehouse to job sites.
- Interact with clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ensure deliveries are completed within assigned delivery windows.
- Other duties as needed.
Qualifications:

Must be able to work well with others in a team environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift heavy boxes weighing up to 75 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Strong work ethic and a proactive approach to meeting deadlines and achieving targets.
- Must be able to obtain DOT medical card.
- Must have clean driving record.
- 1 year of professional driving experience within the last 3 years preferred.
- HS diploma or GED required.
