Cooks

A Food Prep assists our kitchen workers by preparing food ingredients. Food Preps will wash, peel, slice, trim, chop, and grate fruit and vegetables, and measure, weigh, and mix a wide variety of ingredients. Food Preps will cut, slice and grind a variety of meats. Food Preps will ensure ingredients are stored and rotated effectively to optimize freshness, and ensure desired stock levels at all times. You will collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

A Grill Cook serves our guests by correctly preparing menu items to the highest standards of professional cooking. Grill Cooks always uses Caddy’s recipes and methods of food preparation. Grill Cooks meet the company standards of quality, service, safety, sanitation, cleanliness, and hospitality in providing guests with the most satisfactory food possible.

A Fry Cook serves our guests by correctly preparing menu items to the highest standards of professional cooking. Fry Cooks always uses Caddy’s recipes and methods of food preparation. Fry Cooks meet the company standards of quality, service, safety, sanitation, cleanliness, and hospitality in providing guests with the most satisfactory food possible.

To be successful in this role, you will ensure quality and stability of products by complying with production guidelines, by following Caddy’s recipes, and by overseeing product quality through adequate storage and product rotation.

Hiring for both full and part time positions.

Some responsibilities:

• Preparing menu items to our high standards of professional cooking
• Meets company standards of quality, safety, cleanliness and hospitality in providing guests with the most satisfactory food possible
• Memorize, record, and comprehend menu items, abbreviations, plate appearance, and portions
• Possess basic math skill and working knowledge of cooking measurements
• Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standard
• Follows Caddy’s operational policies and procedures, including those for safety and security, to ensure the safety of all employees and guests during each shift
• Maintains a clean and organized workspace.
• Maintains regular and punctual attendance

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
