We specialize in footwear design and development, providing everything from concept and trend direction to CADs, tech packs, outsole development, and production-ready design materials across women’s, men’s, and kids’ footwear.

Position Summary

We’re looking for a talented Footwear Designer with strong creative and technical skills who can translate design direction, trends, and customer requests into commercially relevant footwear.

Responsibilities

• Create footwear concepts, sketches, and detailed CADs
• Creative and innovative ideas
• Develop colorways, materials, prints, and product details
• Create and update tech packs and development specifications
• Research footwear, fashion, color, material, and market trends
• Translate client and Design Director direction into finished designs
• Design across multiple footwear categories and consumer segments
• Make revisions based on client, development, and sample feedback
• Maintain accuracy and consistency across multiple projects
• Meet project deadlines and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of footwear design experience
• Experience in branded, licensed, character, and private label footwear is a plus.
• Strong Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop skills
• Firefly, NewArc, or alternative AI design experience
• Excellent CAD and color/material skills
• Understanding of footwear construction and trends
• Experience developing footwear
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow design direction
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
