  • Scheduled and unscheduled repairs spanning mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and powertrain systems.
  • Full inspections, safety checks, overhauls, and rebuilds.
  • Welding and fabrication to return components to spec.
  • Rapid troubleshooting to minimize downtime and restore assets to service.
  • Detailed recordkeeping: labor hours, parts usage, inspections, and completed repairs in work orders/CMMS.
  • Verification that all safety devices function and equipment meets Plant Operational standards.
  • Participation in building, maintaining, and executing PM schedules for the full mobile fleet.
  • Reinforcing operator maintenance schedules and cleanliness standards.
  • Upholding safe work practices and orderly work areas in the shop and field.
  • Driving fleet uptime and reliability objectives.
Must-have background
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 2 years servicing industrial mobile or heavy equipment (forklifts, loaders, telehandlers, or similar).

    • Steering systems
  • Ability to interpret OEM manuals and technical documents.
  • Welding and fabrication experience.
  • MUST have a VALID Driver's License.
  • Safe work habits in an industrial manufacturing environment.
  • Flexibility to work assigned shifts, plus overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Nice to have
  • Technical degree or trade school credentials in diesel, heavy equipment, or industrial maintenance.
  • ASE, OEM, or equivalent certifications.
  • Background with forklifts, wheel loaders, material handlers, telehandlers, and aerial lifts.
