Production Operator – Sterling Heights, MichiganIMMEDIATE HIRES - Start Monday, December 8th Pay Rate: $15.00/hr. - $17.00/hr. Available Shift :Monday - Friday 2:00pm - 10:00pm (weekends required as production runs)Job Summary of the Production Operator: The Production Operator will work in a team production-based setting to assemble and produce products to meet customer requirements and expectations. The Production Operator is charged with assisting operations in the launch and assembly of new products.Responsibilities of the Production Operator: Assemble products to customer requirements and company goalsAdhere to corporate, federal, and state employment policiesAdhere to all company policies and rulesMaintain a safe and clean working environmentPerform Preventive Maintenance/Maintenance activities to support TPMLead efforts in developing, implementing, and maintaining the TMP systemSupport MRO Planner with daily activitiesAdhere to and support compliance to ergonomic guidelinesParticipate when required in PFMEA and work instruction reviewsIdentify and support continuous improvement projects (e.g. cost reduction, efficiency improvement, etc.)Assist with specification development for machinery and equipmentFollow and adhere to all safety procedures and policiesSupport weekend and off-shift work as requiredOther duties as assignedPredictable and reliable attendancePosition Qualifications of the Production Operator: High School Diploma or GED is requiredPreferred manufacturing experienceWorking knowledge of quality systems such as ISO 9001Adhere to all company policies and rulesAble to work in a team environmentMUST be able to lift up to 40 pounds at time A successful candidate will be subject to a background check and must receive satisfactory results of the same, as a condition of joining the team.By applying for this role, you confirm that all information submitted is accurate and complete.
