Short term project from December 19th through Jan. 4th

Duties Of The Electrician Lead (Holiday Project)

• Provides team leadership and is highly experienced performing the electrician activities in a machine tool manufacturing environment
• Wire machinery from drawings and bill of materials
• Wire panels
• Install communication blocks
• Wire Ethernet
• Wire auxiliary power
• Wire robots
• Wire safety circuits
• Wire 480V
• Install temporary power
• Bend and install conduit
• Prepare tool with I/O block, Device Net and duct work
• Verify tags, tag units and cords
• Run cords and dress tool per customer requirements
• Ability to drill, tap, and ream holes
• Use of hand saw, drill press, and grinders

• VOM (Multimeter), Straight Blade Screwdriver (Small & Medium), #1 & #2 Phillips Screwdriver, Channel Locks (2 Pair), Side Cutters, 1/0 Cable Cutters, Wire Stripper, Stakon Crimpers (Wire Size #10-#14), Cable Strippers, Razor Knife, Small Ball Peen or Brass Hammer, Center Punch, Tape Measurer (Metric and Standard), Combination Wrench Set (1/4 to 3/4) & (7mm to 16mm), Crescent Wrench (6 & 10), Torpedo Level with Magnet base, Files (small and medium), Tap Handle, Air Nozzle, Air Drill, Air Die grinder, Air 90 Deg. polisher.

• Electrical Lead needs to have Green Lock Training
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English
