Overview
Lead the daily operations of CER personnel and automotive quality control in Fountain Inn, South Carolina. As the Automotive Quality Operations Supervisor, you’ll coordinate people, processes, and documentation while maintaining strong customer relationships across corporate teams.
Compensation & Location
Start your shift by aligning staffing and line priorities with the Territory/Area Manager. Confirm coverage, set the daily personnel schedule, and ensure the right production lines are active. Collect payroll/timesheet logs, then enter hours and daily reports into eValidate. Throughout the day, coach quality inspectors and team leaders, conduct corrective counseling as needed, and review release requests in partnership with the Territory/Area Manager and Human Resources. You’ll verify that training matrices remain current, organize ongoing training, and ensure established procedures are followed. Keep documentation accurate and on time to operations, office administration, and HR. Regularly assess quality performance, partnering with the Territory/Area Manager and Quality Manager to resolve inconsistencies. Support corporate HR with the rollout of new policies and procedures.

- Pay rate: up to $19.00 per hour (based on experience and outcome of interview with management)
- Worksite: Fountain Inn, South Carolina
- A Crew: 6:45am - 7:00pm (six days per week, week starts on Monday)
- B Crew: 6:45pm - 7:00am (six days per week, week starts on Sunday)

Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED required; Associate degree preferred
- Minimum three-years' experience as a supervisor within the automotive quality environment required
- Meticulous documentation and recordkeeping
- Clear verbal and written communication
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Positive, professional presence
