Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. WE LOVE OUR WORK.
- Adhere to established department and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards.
- Must maintain the strictest confidence of any and all confidential information disclosed by a Cactus Pete’s entity.
- Role models appropriate internal and external guest service at all times.
- Safeguards assets of the company.
- Verifies jackpots, fills hoppers, tickets, completes and signs slot payout forms.
- Verifies and reconciles banks at shift change.
- Attends to minor machine tilts/repairs.
- Ensures compliance with Federal Currency Transaction reporting regulations.
- Oversees the re-filling of slot fill banks.
- Exchanges bills for bill acceptors.
- Job tasks must be finished in a timely manner according to department standards.

- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, and weekend hours as business needs dictate.
- Must be 21 years of age.
