Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. - Maintains a positive attitude at all times, supporting the policies of Cactus Pete’s.
- Maintain and well-groomed, neat and clean appearance.
- Ensures that the food prep area is clean and sanitary.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Assist food servers.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining room before, during, after service.
- Maintain established inventory of linen, glass, and condiments as per checklist and instruction of supervisor/manager.
- The Busser/Stocker is responsible for clearing and setting tables in the dining room, stocking linens, glassware and silverware, and cleanliness of all areas.

- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Must have excellent guest service skills.
- Able to work varied shifts and hours.
- Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.
- Must be 17 years of age.
