Role Description The Licensed Real Estate Agent will work full time on site in Las Cruces, NM, representing buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions. Daily responsibilities include prospecting for new clients, conducting listing presentations, hosting showings and open houses, and advising clients on pricing, marketing, and negotiation strategies. The agent will prepare and review contracts and other transaction documents, coordinate inspections and appraisals, and communicate regularly with clients, lenders, title companies, and other partners to ensure smooth closings. This role also involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local market trends, using MLS and other real estate tools, and actively participating in team meetings, trainings, and community events. The agent is expected to deliver a high level of customer service aligned with the team’s values of honesty, care, and personal attention.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess an active Real Estate License in the state of New Mexico and a strong understanding of Real Property fundamentals.
- Candidates should possess Real Estate transaction experience, including listing, buying, and market analysis skills.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills, including prospecting, lead follow-up, negotiation, and deal closing capabilities.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service abilities, including clear communication, relationship-building, and client support throughout the transaction.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with MLS systems, basic contract law, and local Las Cruces market trends.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
- Candidates should possess comfort with technology, including CRM platforms, digital marketing tools, and virtual communication tools.
- Candidates should possess a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Prior experience with Keller Williams models or other brokerage systems is beneficial but not required.
