Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Full-Time Lot Attendant to support our daily operations. In this role, you will manage vehicle movement, conduct minor test drives for quality control, and maintain a clean, organized lot. If you enjoy driving, have a great eye for detail, and thrive in an active role, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Vehicle Movement: Safely park, stage, retrieve, and transport vehicles across the facility.
- Test Driving: Conduct minor quality control drives to ensure basic operational readiness.
- Issue Reporting: Identify and report any visible or operational concerns found during drives.
- Team Support: Assist service advisors and technicians with efficient vehicle handling.
- Lot Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lot, service drive, and shop.
- Safety First: Follow all safety procedures and company policies while operating vehicles.
Qualifications
- Driving Record: Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving history (strictly required).
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to identify and spot basic vehicle operational issues.
- Physical Ability: Capable of lifting, carrying, or moving items up to 50 pounds.
- Stamina: Ability to work outdoors and stand for long periods in Phoenix weather conditions.
- Professionalism: Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented mindset.
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
