We are seeking a creative and passionate Floral Designer to join our Scottsdale Team in our Flagship Store. The ideal candidate has hands-on floral shop experience, strong customer service skills, and a love for creating beautiful arrangements for all occasions.
Responsibilities
- Design and create floral arrangements for daily orders as well as events.
- Assist customers in selecting flowers and designs based on their needs and preferences
- Deliver excellent customer service in person and over the phone
- Maintain inventory, ensuring freshness and quality of flowers and supplies
- Price products and manage sales using basic retail math skills
- Operate POS system for transactions and order processing
- Keep the shop clean, organized, and visually appealing
- Stay current on floral trends and design techniques
Qualifications
- MUST HAVE Minimum 2 years of floral design experience in a retail shop
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks (lifting, bending, reaching)
Schedule
- Day shifts with weekend availability required
