You Are
An individual with 2 years of culinary leadership experience in a high volume fast paced restaurant or hospitality environment
A supportive and entrepreneurial leader with a proven ability to mentor, inspire, and guide kitchen partners toward exceptional performance, skill development, and the achievement of financial goals
A reliable and motivated individual with a passion for food and a deep understanding of kitchen management practices
Able to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as required by the role
