Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Utilize Toast POS for efficient order processing and payment handling.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders accurately, and delivering drinks promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces regularly.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining proper cash handling procedures.
- Demonstrate strong time management skills to efficiently manage multiple orders during peak hours.
Experience
- Previous bartending experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential.
- Basic math skills are required for accurate cash handling.
- Experience with math concepts is a plus for managing sales effectively.
- Knowledge cocktail crafting is advantageous.
