- Order materials, trucking, sweepers, and portable restrooms
- Create and track purchase orders
- Review invoices for accuracy
- Submit invoices for approval
- Resolve discrepancies as needed
- Assign and create job numbers and customers in AP
- Enter cost codes and add jobs to Job Cost
- Prepare Job Setup packets
- Set job status to Awarded and Active in B2W
- Create job folders on the P Drive
- Distribute Job Setup packets to assigned teams
- Previous administrative or construction support experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and data entry
- Comfortable working with invoices, purchase orders, and job documentation
- Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple teams
