What are the responsibilities and job description for the Education & Credentialing Administrator position at CACM?
Position Overview:
CACM is a non-profit professional trade association focused on elevating the professionalism and success of the California community management industry through education and events. Reporting to the Director of Education & Credentialing, the Education and Credentialing Administrator is responsible for the coordination of all course logistics including, but not limited to, facilitating online course delivery, coordinating the course calendar, grading exams, and serving as the point of contact for students. Traveling to events is periodically required.
Essential Job Duties:
- Facilitate course sessions and provide technical support to instructors as necessary
- Schedule, coordinate, and manage course calendar
- Set up online course logistics (ie. Zoom, coordinate instructors, course materials, etc.)
- Record and process attendance for courses and educational events
- Periodically screen registrations to ensure appropriate course placement
- Grade course exams and process exam retakes
- Serve as Point-of-Contact and assist students and instructors
- Provide and update educational reports
- Manage email inbox for education@cacm.org and certification@cacm.org
- Manage Request-a-Course process
- Process CEU partnerships with vendors for continuing education credits
- Coordinate Private Offerings as needed
- Additional responsibilities as needed
Competencies:
- Computer literate in Word, Excel and Outlook, with ability to learn new programs and systems used by CACM and the Education and Credentialing team.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
- Detail-oriented with ability to multi-task.
- Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.
- Strong Customer Service Skills.
Position Qualifications/Experience:
- High School diploma, College preferred.
- 3 – 5 years of experience working with customer service, data, and assisting in project management
Physical Requirements:
- Stand or walk 10% and sit 90% of the time.
- Lift and carry up to 20 lbs. for a distance of 15 feet.
- Visually distinguish between different colors.
- Bend or reach to retrieve documents/materials.
- Work at desk using computer (typing and using mouse) 90% of the time.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
