Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to elevate our brand presence across multiple channels. In this role, you will develop and execute innovative marketing strategies that engage target audiences, drive traffic, and boost sales. Your expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and analytics will be essential in shaping impactful campaigns that resonate with both B2B and B2C audiences. This role combines hands-on website management, Performance analytics, Social media strategy, affiliate program development, Ambassador program development, Content creation, Event coordination, and Promotions.

Duties

  • Plan, implement, and manage multichannel marketing campaigns across digital platforms, including social media, email, search engines, and print advertising.
  • Develop engaging content for websites, blogs, social media posts, and promotional materials using strong copywriting skills.
  • Optimize website content using SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and increase online visibility.
  • Manage advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Advertising and Google AdWords to maximize reach and ROI.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns, nurture leads, and analyze performance metrics with Google Analytics and other analytics tools.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive insights that inform marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with product management teams to align marketing efforts with product launches and updates.
  • Oversee budgeting processes for campaigns while ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
  • Maintain proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for designing visual assets that enhance campaign appeal.
  • Manage content management systems like WordPress and basic HTML editing to update website pages efficiently.
  • Support sales initiatives by creating compelling sales collateral and assisting in advertising sales efforts.
  • Promote Cackle Hatchery events and promotions, such as specific sales and events

Skills

  • Proven expertise in SEO techniques to enhance online presence and search engine rankings.
  • Strong knowledge of social media marketing strategies across platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and X.
  • Experience with multichannel marketing approaches integrating digital advertising, email campaigns, print ads, and e-commerce initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CanvaPro, Shutterstock, CapCut, and more for designing promotional materials.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, Google AdWords, marketing automation platforms, and email marketing software.
  • Skilled in content marketing principles with the ability to craft engaging copy tailored for diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing practices to target business clients effectively.
  • Ability to manage advertising sales processes by creating proposals and tracking campaign performance metrics.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and WordPress CMS for website updates; basic HTML skills are a plus.
  • Strong research capabilities to analyze market trends and consumer behavior data.
  • Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and client engagement.
