Power the Growth
- Lead packaging operations to achieve safety, quality, service, productivity, and cost objectives.
- Develop and coach managers, supervisors, and frontline teams to build a high-performing organization.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on OEE, waste reduction, labor productivity, and operational efficiency.
- Partner with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, Sanitation, and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless execution of production plans.
- Champion a culture of accountability, employee engagement, food safety, and operational excellence.
- Utilize operational metrics and KPIs to identify opportunities, resolve issues, and improve business performance.
- Support strategic initiatives, capital projects, and long-term site objectives established by plant leadership.

Bring Your Boldness
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Science, Dairy Science, Operations Management, Business, or a related field preferred.
- 8 years of progressive leadership experience within food, dairy, beverage, or consumer packaged goods manufacturing.
- Proven experience leading managers and supervisors in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, SQF, FDA, USDA, and OSHA requirements.
- Demonstrated success driving Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence initiatives.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop talent, build teams, and lead through change.
- Data-driven decision maker with strong financial and operational acumen.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Dairy manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
