This highly visible role serves as a strategic partner to the Chief Supply Chain Officer, leading enterprise-wide innovation, commercialization, and operational excellence efforts.

- Lead the enterprise Supply Chain strategy roadmap, aligning initiatives with long-term growth objectives and operational priorities.
- Drive large-scale transformation programs that improve profitability, customer service, agility, and overall supply chain performance.
- Identify and evaluate strategic opportunities across procurement, manufacturing, logistics, planning, customer service, and technology.
- Oversee innovation governance, portfolio management, and commercialization processes to accelerate business growth.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to ensure successful execution of new product launches and strategic initiatives.
- Develop business cases and investment strategies supporting automation, technology advancement, network optimization, and capital projects.
- Establish performance metrics, governance processes, and reporting mechanisms that demonstrate tangible business impact.

Bring Your Boldness
- 7 years of progressive experience in supply chain strategy, transformation, consulting, operations, innovation, or related fields.
- Proven track record leading complex cross-functional initiatives and delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Strong strategic planning, financial analysis, and business case development skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and stakeholders without direct authority.
- Experience leading commercialization, portfolio management, innovation, or stage-gate processes.
- Exceptional executive communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Strong change leadership skills with the ability to drive organizational adoption and execution.
- MBA or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
