As a software developer on this program, you'll collaborate with multiple product teams and immerse yourself in modern development practices, working within an agile framework to support and modernize signal processing systems for our customers.
Responsibilities:
You will focus on developing microservices and a user interface (UI) for data-rich applications with complex workflows.
Your role will involve the development and maintenance of various high-availability software applications.
Key Technologies You Will Work With:
Various scripting languages (python, xmidas, etc.)
Being able to understand signal processing. Want to understand end-to-end eventually.
Java, JavaScript/TypeScript
Frontend frameworks like Vue.js and Bootstrap
Automated testing tools (Mockito, JUnit, Cypress, etc.)
Databases (MariaDB, MongoDB)
Source control and issue tracking tools (Git, GitLab, Jira, Confluence)
Plus: DevSecOps pipeline tools (GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, SonarQube
Qualifications:
Required:
Clearance: TS/SCI with polygraph
Education: Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience
Experience: At least 5 years of software development experience
Must be available to work in-person at the CACI facility in Sterling, VA
Experience in either front-end or back-end development (with a willingness to work across the full stack)
Experience with digital signals processing techniques. • Familiarity with Linux operating systems
Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
Familiarity with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and automated testing tools
Experience with databases such as MariaDB, MongoDB, etc.
Experience with Git and GitLab for version control
Must have a Security certification so start
Collaboration: Demonstrated experience working effectively in a team environment.
Adaptability: Eagerness to learn new technologies and improve existing skills.
Customer engagement: Ability to work with the users to understand requirements to aid in the design of new tools. Work with users to understand the end-to-end use of the software developed to better understand requirements.
Leadership: Ability to take customer requirements and lead a small team of other developers in the execution of the development process.
This position may require limited travel
