Job Description:
The Opportunity:
CACI is seeking an experienced Legal Analyst to support the corporate legal department in connection with its business operations. The legal analyst should have experience in federal government contracting, drafting legal documents, conducting legal research and managing projects/processes.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing assigned legal projects and coordinating activities across the organization to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner.
- Responsible for reviewing, analyzing and drafting corporate governance documents including minutes, written consents, charters.
- Responsible for reviewing and/or drafting novation agreements, change of name agreements and other similar agreements and monitoring the status of any filings or requests made to the government.
- Responsible for reviewing documents or files for completeness and compliance with regulatory and legal requirements.
- This position will report to a Deputy General Counsel, and will work closely with executives in contracts, finance, accounting and business development.
Skills:
- Candidate should have excellent communication/interpersonal skills as they will serve as the legal department’s liaison in support of assigned projects, including communications with federal government agencies.
- Candidate should be organized and detailed oriented as they will be required to prepare filings and maintain records in compliance with internal policies and government requirements.
- Candidate should have experience working closely with senior executives/officials and managing multiple projects in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- The position requires candidates with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in government contracts, and familiarity with FAR/DFAR and government contract databases.
- A J.D. or a BS/BS with at least 5 - 7 years of legal support experience is also required.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
