What are the responsibilities and job description for the Floral Designer**Experienced Only position at CACHEPOT Floral & Garden?
Retail shop in West Knox with discerning clientele seeks an experienced floral designer.
The ideal candidate:
*Minimum of 5 years actual floral design experience working in a floral establishment required (this is not an entry-level position)
*Excellent organizational and communication skills and have a passion for flowers and creative design.
*Must have a genuine friendly and positive personality, and work as a team player
*Must be able to work independently, take initiative and be able to accept constructive criticism.
*Must be punctual, reliable and have dependable transportation to work.
*Position is part-time (could possible turn to full-time), with weekend/holiday work required.
*Must be able to easily and correctly lift 30 lbs
*Must be able to successfully pass a drug screen and background check.
*Pay will depend on experience
Floral Designer duties vary daily depending on needs, and include but are not limited to creating fresh flower arrangements for walk-in and phone-in customers. Assisting with creative ideas as required by customers, and working as a team with other designers and staff members for daily work, parties, events and holiday decorating. Shared general customer service duties such as completing order forms, re-stocking shelves, light merchandising, general cleaning of retail space, and occasional delivery of flowers is possible .

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
