Cabinet Installer

Cache Valley Cabinets & Tops has been a trusted provider of residential cabinets and countertops since 1976, serving new construction and remodeling projects. We are committed to quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction in every project.

We are seeking Cabinet Installers to join our team. Experience preferred but not required. We work Monday - Friday 8-12 hours per day. No Saturday or Sunday work. Our days are unpredictable. We don't leave a job site until the job is done so the length of time worked each day can vary. However you will always get 40 hours each week. We provide all tools and vehicles. We provide training and mentoring. We do not tolerate slackers or idiots. We require honesty and integrity. We don't expect perfection but we do expect you to care and learn from your mistakes. We have a zero tolerance drug policy and we do drug test. If you use illegal drugs, don't bother applying. We don't want you here.

The skills we use are easily taught. What we can't teach is dependability, honesty, and a strong work ethic. If you have these attributes you will thrive and can make a career with CVCT. We have employees, who have been here for decades. We have an installer that has been with us for over 30 years! Our crew works hard and expects everyone on the team to give their best. If you are a slow learner, don't bother applying. We need people that can learn fast and want to take ownership in their jobs.

We have been known to hire individuals with criminal records. However this can vary based on convictions. What we can say is absolutely 100% without a doubt, if you lie to us about your past, you will never work here. We require honesty! So if you have a past you wish was different, don't let that stop you from applying. Take ownership of your mistakes, be honest with us, and we will go from there. We do background check so take this serious.

Our company grew almost 20% in 2025 and 2026 is following a similar pattern. We need good people to join our team! We do NOT offer health insurance. However we do offer an urgent care plan with Sterling Urgent Care for full-time employees who have been with us over 6 months. We also offer paid personal time, paid vacation, paid holidays, life insurance, and a SIMPLE IRA matching plan. We provide company apparel and SWAG for our team. We have nice tools and equipment. The best thing we provide though is a fantastic environment and job security!

If this sounds like a good job to you, please APPLY IN PERSON. If you just email us a lame auto-generated Indeed resume we aren't going to take you seriously. We want to see your smiling face. Smart applicants will bring a resume. Again we do NOT necessarily need experienced installers. Experience is great, but sometimes it gets in the way of training. Pay will be determined by experience and what you can contribute. And there is lots of opportunity for advancement.
