Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Common areas: We would like hallways, common areas, the front lobby, and main entrances cleaned daily , front window cleaning weekly and dusting daily Blinds.. This includes routine vacuuming of carpeted areas, mopping hard floors, and wiping frequently touched surfaces.
- Bathrooms: Please include all resident and community/staff bathrooms, rather than only the four staff bathrooms.
- Resident rooms: A rotating schedule that divides the 50 rooms across the three weekly service days.
- Schedule: Morning service is preferred, ideally within the 8:00 AM–1PM window. Please recommend service days and staffing based on the scope.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
