The Role
We’re seeking a Chief of Staff to work directly with Cache’s Founder & CEO to translate strategic vision into execution. This role serves as the connective tissue across Cache, ensuring alignment, focus, and follow-through as the company scales its product portfolio and operations.
This is a high-leverage, cross-functional role that touches every part of the business — ideal for a structured, resourceful operator who loves connecting strategy to results and bringing order to a fast-moving organization.
You’ll act as a force multiplier for the leadership team, driving company planning, OKRs, and execution of key initiatives across Investments, Operations, Marketing, Product, and Finance.
What you'll do
Strategic Planning & Alignment
- Partner with the CEO to refine Cache’s priorities and goals into actionable plans.
- Manage the operating cadence across weekly execution, quarterly planning, and long-term goals.
- Ensure strategic initiatives stay on track and key decisions are followed through.
Cross-Functional Execution
- Translate company priorities into clear workstreams, ensuring each team is focused on the right problems at the right time.
- Coordinate high-impact projects spanning Product, Investments, Operations, and Distribution, identifying bottlenecks and proactively solving them.
- Build lightweight processes that scale efficiency across teams without adding bureaucracy.
Financial & Operational Insight
- Collaborate with the Finance Lead on company dashboards, planning, and budgeting, and support the CEO on capital allocation decisions.
Organizational Leverage
- Centralize knowledge management, documentation, and internal communication.
- Identify areas of improvement that help with the quality and speed of execution within the organization.
