Role Description
The Master Plumber position is a full-time, on-site role based in Burlingame , CA. The role involves overseeing and performing plumbing tasks, including pipe installation, maintenance, and repair services. The Master Plumber will diagnose and resolve plumbing issues, supervise apprentices, ensure compliance with safety and building codes, and deliver excellent customer service to meet client needs. The ideal candidate will also provide mentorship and training to less experienced team members, contributing to the ongoing skill development within the team.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Plumbing, Pipe installation, and system diagnostics
- Skills in Maintenance & Repair, and general Maintenance tasks
- Strong Customer Service skills to effectively communicate with clients and address their needs
- Relevant certifications or licenses required to practice as a Master Plumber
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve while adhering to safety standards and building codes
- Previous supervisory or mentoring experience is a plus
