- Supervise and deliver high-quality ABA therapy in clinic, home, and community settings
- Develop and maintain functional, naturalistic treatment plans
- Conduct assessments and functional behavior analyses
- Lead engaging parent training sessions
- Mentor and collaborate with behavior technicians and fellow BCBAs
- Create innovative training materials for staff and parents
- Monitor client progress to ensure treatment integrity
- Maintain accurate documentation and data collection
- Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, or related field
- BCBA Certification and supervisory experience
- Minimum of 4 years providing ABA services to children
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Physical ability to actively engage with clients (lifting up to 50 lbs)
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of auto insurance
