Job Summary
The Vendor Invoicing Specialist is responsible for processing incoming invoices from product and service vendors using our proprietary software. Submit invoices for payment once compared to what has been approved. Verify and audit previously submitted invoices. Provide customer service and support to School vendors, families, and staff via phone, email, and instant message/chat. The selected candidate must reside in California.
