As a Retail Sales Assistant, partnering with our Car Key division, you’ll undergo paid training to learn how to cut, duplicate, and program vehicle keys and key fobs. This role combines technical work with sales and customer interaction, making it ideal for those who enjoy both hands-on tasks and engaging with people.
This role includes paid training, room for advancement, and the chance to develop practical skills in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Fort Worth, TX (we also routinely travel to Irving, Grapevine, Westworth Village, North Richland Hills and the surrounding areas)

Key Responsibilities:
- Become Skilled in Key Programming: Master the process of creating and programming car keys and fobs with precision.
- Assist Customers Effectively: Quickly diagnose key issues and provide solutions in a professional manner.
- Drive Sales: Interact with customers, process transactions, and close sales with confidence.
- Keep Accurate Records: Use digital systems to document sales, inventory, and key production.
- Stay Active and Engaged: Perform VIN retrieval, key testing, and customer service tasks while staying on your feet.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Ability to pass a background check; a clean record preferred.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Bilingual is a big plus!
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record (MVR check required).
- Dependable, proactive, and eager to learn new skills.
- Reliable transportation within the DFW area.
- Comfortable with physical tasks such as retrieving vehicle info and handling key hardware.
