The Real Estate Analyst is a core contributor to how we source, underwrite, and execute deals. You will work directly with senior leadership across the full transaction lifecycle, from initial market screening through investment committee approval and into asset management. The work is fast-moving, intellectually demanding, and consequential. We are a small team, which means your output matters immediately and visibility is high.

This position is primarily performed in a professional office environment within a broker-dealer and trading floor setting. The work environment is generally fast-paced and may include frequent interruptions, multiple simultaneous conversations, ringing phones, market alerts, and elevated noise levels. Employees seated on or near the trading floor may be exposed to raised voices, active trading activity, and ongoing television or financial news broadcasts, particularly during periods of increased market activity or volatility. The employee must be able to maintain professionalism, concentration, and effective communication in a dynamic, time-sensitive environment. Salary : $100,000 - $125,000
