Position Overview
We are seeking a Vehicle Interior Assembler to join our team. This position involves the installation and assembly of vehicle interiors. The ideal candidate will have experience working with general mechanical assembly, ensuring quality craftsmanship in a fast-paced, high-variety production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble and install interior components, including wooden and aluminum vinyl-wrapped parts
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and measurements with 1/16” tolerances
- Operate machinery and tools safely and efficiently
- Work collaboratively with the production team to meet quality and production goals
Required Skills & Experience
- Must be proficient in reading a tape measure with 1/16” accuracy
- Strong mechanical skills and hands-on experience in woodworking
- Ability to use various power and hand tools safely and effectively
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and assembly techniques
Minimum Qualifications
- Must have the physical capability to lift 50 pounds, bend, and work on their feet for extended periods
- Valid Driver’s License is required
- Must maintain a professional appearance and conduct
Work Schedule & Benefits
- Full-time position | 40 hours per week
- Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
