The Elementary Classroom Teacher will deliver quality education to students within a Christian faith-based learning environment. The teacher will manage classrooms of fewer than 20 students, following the standard state curriculum, and fostering a safe, engaging, and individualized instructional setting. This role reports directly to the Principal and offers opportunities for professional growth through various training programs. We are hiring for multiple classroom teacher positions in vary grades ranging from kindergarten through 6th grade.
Responsibilities
- Plan and prepare lessons aligned with the standard state curriculum
- Manage classroom behavior and maintain a safe learning environment
- Assess student progress regularly and adjust instruction accordingly
- Deliver engaging and inclusive curriculum to meet diverse student needs
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about student progress
- Provide individualized instruction to support different learning styles
- Maintain accurate academic and behavioral records
- Ensure classroom safety and adhere to school policies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education or a related field
- Valid state teaching license
