THE ROLE: GENERAL MANAGER (FLAGSHIP LOCATION)
You will lead one of our most important locations and set the standard for future company and franchise restaurants.
This is a hands-on leadership role with real authority, accountability, and strong ownership support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead, train, and motivate a high-performance team
- Deliver exceptional food quality, speed, and hospitality
- Own labor, food cost, and financial performance
- Drive sales growth and operational excellence
- Ensure food safety and compliance standards
- Develop Assistant Managers into future leaders
- Protect and elevate Cabo Fresh’s culture
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3 years as a Restaurant General Manager (preferred)
- High-volume fast-casual or full-service experience
- Proven P&L management success
- Stable, upward-trending career history
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
- Professional, reliable, and disciplined
