THE ROLE: GENERAL MANAGER (FLAGSHIP LOCATION)
You will lead one of our most important locations and set the standard for future company and franchise restaurants.
This is a hands-on leadership role with real authority, accountability, and strong ownership support.

QUALIFICATIONS
- 3 years as a Restaurant General Manager (preferred)
- High-volume fast-casual or full-service experience
- Proven P&L management success
- Stable, upward-trending career history
- Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
- Professional, reliable, and disciplined
