- Organize and plan for business
- Constantly looking for ways to improve current processes
- Interview candidates for employment
- Pass down notes, complete temperature logs, clean up evaluations, prep lists, and restock checklists
- Provide feedback to employees for growth and development
- Attend weekly meetings with store managers to discuss business, staffing, produce orders, and service. These may include managers from other stores or leadership in the company
- Execute catering orders and online orders accurately
- Work schedule to include day or opening shifts, night or closing shifts and mid shifts
- Cultivate relationships with Staff, Guests and Management Team
- Uphold and enforce policies
- To instill our BBM (Be friendly, Be helpful, Make it great)
- Current Food Handler certificates
- Clean driving record
- Ability to carry at least 50 lbs
- Strong communication skills (English required, bilingual a plus)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Ability to reach, bend, squat, and lift while on the shift
- Ability to multitask
Salary : $18 - $22
