In this entry-level role, you’ll work closely with internal teams, property owners, and local agencies to ensure projects move forward efficiently while maintaining compliance with regulations and company standards.

- Assist with securing permits, easements, and rights of way for construction projects
- Support communication with property owners, municipalities, and regulatory agencies
- Coordinate and track documentation related to right of way acquisitions
- Maintain accurate records of permits, agreements, and project status updates
- Conduct site visits as needed to support project requirements and verify information
- Assist with preparing and reviewing basic right of way documents and agreements
- Support project timelines by ensuring required approvals are obtained on schedule
- Respond to inquiries from stakeholders and provide updates on project status
- Work closely with project managers and construction teams to align on project needs
- Travel locally as required to support field activities and stakeholder meetings
- Perform other duties as assigned
- To be 18 years of age or older
- Authorization to work in the United States for this company
- High School Diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Real Estate, or related field)
- Valid State driver’s license (cannot be Provisional), including an acceptable driving record
- 0–2 years of experience in right of way, real estate, construction, or a related field (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to organize and manage documentation effectively
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and data tracking systems
- Willingness to learn regulatory requirements and permitting processes
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Routinely: travel to job sites and meet with stakeholders, sit, stand, walk, bend, and use handsfor documentation and computer work.
- Occasionally: work outdoors in varying weather conditions, traverse uneven terrain, and lift up to 25 pounds.
