Regional Sales ManagerCable Ties Unlimited Cable Ties Unlimited is currently searching for a Regional Sales Manager located in the Southeast U.S. This role is responsible for driving revenue through Manufacturer’s Representatives and distribution partners within the fastener, industrial, and construction-related channels. Must live in the Southeast U.S. Responsibilities· Drive regional revenue growth by leading, motivating, and managing a team of Manufacturer’s Representatives· Develop, expand, and optimize distributor relationships, including onboarding new distributors and growing share with existing partners· Serve as the primary liaison between Cable Ties Unlimited, regional Manufacturer’s Representatives, distributors, and internal stakeholders· Introduce and position new products, ensuring effective launch, training, and adoption within the Region· Identify, evaluate, and pursue new market, customer, and product opportunities aligned with company growth objectives· Provide accurate, timely reporting of sales activity and pipeline through the CRM system and regular communication with corporate leadership· Monitor and report on competitive activity, pricing dynamics, and overall market conditions· Plan and execute quarterly travel schedules in coordination with key distributors, Manufacturer’s Representatives, and national initiatives· Manage regional sales expenses within budget and submit timely, accurate expense reports· Collaborate with other Regional Sales Managers to ensure effective national coverage and support regional account growth· Investigate, resolve, and escalate customer issues and conflicts professionally, as needed.· Deliver sales performance against established budgets, programs, and targeted account initiatives· Customer meetings, presentations, and events with CTU Sales team members, when necessary· Develop programs, scopes-of-work, pricing, and contract negotiation for potential customers and projects· Account conflict resolution with corporate contacts and field sales as needed· Presentations to corporate and sales management on account development progress and success· Lead discussions with current and future clients regarding CTU's capabilities in the areas of new products, future product development and specific customer/market needs· Identify and target current customer’s biggest pain points, and drive education centered around developing solutions· Meet and exceed sales targets/plan based on regional sales goals· Add and develop new accounts within the Region· Develop and facilitate senior level relationships at strategic accounts to leverage incremental sales growth· Provide monthly / quarterly reports on Regional Sales activity· Assist in managing opportunities and reporting within CTU's CRM systems Qualifications· Proven hunter mentality with a track record of territory growth, new account development, and distributor expansion.· Ability to travel 20–40% within the assigned territory as needed based on priority business development· Actively participate in various tradeshows and industry networking events· 3–5 years of experience selling through distribution, preferably with responsibility for managing Manufacturer’s Representatives and developing distribution accounts· Team selling and leadership experience· Provide strategic and technical insight utilizing industry specific best practices· Ability to present to large groups and deliver CTU's value proposition· Proficient public speaker· Strong facilitation & communication skills· Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, CRM Systems, etc.· Self-starter - the ability to build something utilizing all available resources· Innovative - the ability to find new methods and solutions to complex and unique customer opportunities· Flexibility - the ability to work with multiple personality types across various divisions / functional areas· Technically Savvy - the ability to harness existing technology to become proficient at delivering a complete vision· Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university· Four to seven years related experience and/or training· Direct experience selling into fastener, industrial, construction tool/supply, electrical, electronics, or wire & cable distribution channels is strongly preferred.· Demonstrated ability to manage multi-line Manufacturer’s Rep organizations and drive focus, accountability, and execution.· Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and hold Representatives accountable to performance expectations.
