The ideal candidate will be comfortable providing a warm, welcoming and informed guest services experience with in-person and phone guest interactions. Primary responsibilities include the following:
- Balancing the accounts from day shift
- Managing front desk activity and handling guest check-ins and check-outs
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and other concierge activities according to guest preference
- Answering calls and queries related to potential booking
- Performing regular general safety and security responsibilities throughout property
- Must have own transportation and valid drivers license
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Holidays
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
