Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in retail or on-route settings to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Build strong customer relationships through excellent communication, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining integrity and customer trust.
- Manage route driving efficiently, adhering to all DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations and safety practices during transportation.
- Conduct merchandising activities to ensure product displays are attractive, organized, and aligned with company standards.
- Handle heavy lifting and safe lifting practices when managing inventory or transporting automobile parts or equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and route schedules using organizational skills and attention to detail.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail store environments or sales roles with a focus on customer service.
- Valid driver’s license optional
- Familiarity with pricing strategies, upselling techniques, and basic math for calculating costs and discounts.
- Strong communication skills for effective client communication and team collaboration.
- Organizational skills to manage routes, schedules, inventory, and merchandising tasks efficiently.
