Full-Time: M-F 6:45am-4pm
Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our dealership. This role is responsible for greeting customers, answering phone calls, and providing administrative support to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for visitors and staff.
Responsibilities:
-Greet all customers and guests in a warm, professional manner
-Answer and route incoming phone calls promptly and accurately
-Maintain the front desk area to be clean, organized, and welcoming
-Schedule appointments or direct customers to the appropriate department
-Handle basic inquiries and provide accurate information about the dealership
-Receive and distribute mail and deliveries
-Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scanning documents
-Support sales, service, and office teams with miscellaneous clerical duties as needed
Qualifications:
-Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred (automotive industry a plus)
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Professional appearance and demeanor
-Comfortable using phones, computers, and office equipment
-Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
