The Finance Manager will play a key role in delivering a transparent, seamless, and customer-focused buying experience while maximizing profitability for the dealership.
Key Responsibilities
Present and sell finance and insurance products to customers while ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations.
Structure car deals to meet dealership gross profit, volume, and CSI goals.
Collaborate with sales teams to secure approvals, negotiate terms, and maintain strong deal flow.
Review credit applications, secure competitive financing, and maintain relationships with lender partners.
Ensure all contracts, paperwork, and deal jackets are completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner.
Maintain strict adherence to dealership processes, compliance standards, and product presentation guidelines.
Continuously build product knowledge to effectively communicate value to customers.
Support the sales team with coaching, deal structure guidance, and consistent communication.
Track performance metrics and proactively identify opportunities to increase product penetration and profitability.
What We’re Looking For
Automotive finance experience preferred (F&I Manager, Assistant F&I Manager, or strong Sales Manager background).
Strong understanding of lender programs, credit bureaus, and deal structure fundamentals.
Highly process-driven, organized, and consistent in execution.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Strong work ethic with a money-motivated mindset and a drive to exceed goals.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
High level of integrity and commitment to compliance.
