Cable Connection & Supply, a leading provider of supply chain management and integrated solutions, is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented General Assembly Technician to join our team at our Faribault, MN headquarters.
Position Summary:
In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for assembling a range of products including cable assemblies, cable stubs, terminals, tool kits, and other related items. You will perform partial or full assembly work following specific instructions and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble cable products using specialized tools and test equipment in accordance with work instructions
- Build custom kits and repack bulk items into specified quantities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Perform quality checks to ensure components fit and function properly
- Operate basic machinery and equipment as required
- Follow established procedures and complete assigned tasks efficiently
- Assist with other duties to support overall department operations

- Strong attention to detail

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Problem-solving mindset with the judgment to escalate when necessary
- Capable of lifting up to 20 lbs and standing for 5–8 hours per shift
