Director of Tennessee Operations

We are currently searching for an Director of TN Operations to join our growing team! The primary objective of this position is to carry out the Director of TN Operations goals and policies by managing the general direction of CFY Operational Departments which include Housekeeping, Inspections, Maintenance and Laundry. Working directly with the Director and department heads, this role will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining daily processes and procedures to ensure CFY Standard Operating Procedures are followed.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily processes and procedures for Housekeeping, Laundry, Maintenance, and Inspections departments to ensure they are adhering to CFY standard operating procedures
• Assist with interviewing, hiring, training, supervising, and conducting evaluations on departmental managers and employees as needed
• Communicate with all department leaders about property statuses and issues that need to be escalated
• Act as a representative of CFY management when needed for owner or guest issues
• Coordinate with the Director of TN Operations to ensure we have adequate staffing levels for each department based on seasonal demands
• Conduct and attend all regular departmental meetings as well as manager level meetings
• Monitor a KPI rating system for each department setting goals for managers and employees
• Assist the Director of TN Operations in the development of annual budgets with the involvement of COO and Director of Finance
• Review guest and owner feedback with management team and implement corrective action if needed
• Help to create an atmosphere in all properties that meets and exceeds guest and owner expectations according to our set quality control standards

Education and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree preferably with emphasis in management, business, finance, etc. OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Two (2) years’ experience in the Vacation Rental Industry, preferably in Operations
• Strong Organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Strong multi-tasking skills
• Strong business communication skills
• Must successfully pass pre-employment screening
• Ability to work independently, collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization

This is a salaried position based on experience.
